Q How do I schedule a Thrill-O-Rama Party?
For your convenience, you can book online, or call 301-262-4889 to schedule a party! It’s that simple!
Q Is a deposit required to schedule a party?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule or reserve a party date. The balance of the total party cost will be due on the day of your party.
Q When do I pay the balance for my party?
The balance is due upon arrival. If you choose to remit full payment before your party date, you may do so. Any add-on items will be due before you enter the party room. Any items not paid will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Q How many guests am I allowed to invite?
You can invite up to 30 guests for most of our parties. See each party package for the additional charge per additional guest over the number allowed. Adults (over 18) are not included in the final guest count!
Q Is my party private?
Depending on the party package purchased, some are private. The party rooms are private, please contact us on 301-262-4889 for more information on our private parties.
Q What time should my guests and I arrive?
You and your guests should arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to allow for check in and a review of the safety guidelines.
Q What should my guests bring to the party?
All guests should bring socks. We do have socks available for purchase at $1 per pair should someone happen to forget theirs.
Q Do all the parents need to stay at the party?
The Parent or Guardian of the guest of honor is required to stay at
the party. Adults (over 18) are welcome to stay, but not required.
Q Will there be someone in charge of the party to help serve
Yes! You will have your own personal party host throughout the party. They will do everything to make your party absolutely perfect! From set up to clean up, they will take care of it all so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Q What type of Pizza do you serve?
Party Packages including food comes with cheese pizza. However, as a party extra the type of pizza will be your choice of Pepperoni, Cheese or Hawaiian.
Q What if less or more kids show up than I had anticipated?
If you have last minute changes to your guest list, please let us know when you check-in so we can make arrangements for food. For goody bags, you will only be charged for the number of guests attending the party.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations and party supplies?
No, we do not allow ceiling or wall decorations, silly string, or confetti
Q Can we extend our party time?
If there are no other events planned right after your party, yes, you may extend your time in the party room at an additional charge for 30 or 60 minutes.
Q Are gratuities (tips) required?
Tips are always welcome, but not required! Our hosts will work very hard to make sure your party is absolutely wonderful, and would appreciate any extra reward for their efforts!
Q When should I order pizza, cupcakes, goody bags, or other party extras?
We will contact you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you can order any party extras and discuss any questions or special requests you have.
Q Can I open birthday presents during the party?
Opening of gifts while in the party room or anywhere in the facility is not permitted. No exceptions.
Q Can I bring my own drinks/food?
All pizza orders must be placed through our facility, no exceptions. For your convenience, we can order additional pizza at an extra cost for your party. A service fee of $25 will be charged for any outside food that is brought into our facility for your party. Acceptable food items are strictly limited to appetizers and finger-foods ONLY. No outside food will be allowed EXCEPT for the birthday cake/cupcakes, unless the service fee is paid. Ice-cream is not permitted in the facility, no exceptions.
Q Can I bring my own goodie bags?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own goodie bags. We require that goody bags be opened outside of the facility.
Q Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
In order to make the event hassle-free for you, we offer a variety of party extras. From decorations to balloons and goodie bags, we have everything you need right down to the candles!
Q What if I need to cancel my party?
We require at least 7 days advance notice if you need to cancel your party in order to avoid additional charges. You will not be refunded the deposit if you cancel. If you cancel 3-6 days prior to the party, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to the party, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. As long as you reschedule your party within 2 months of the original party date, you can transfer your deposit and will not be charged additional charges.
